At Nooteboom Textiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fabric selection. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused and uncut items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the uncut fabrics and place them in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned textiles, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
