Our standard minimum order quantity for retail customers is 0.5 meters, while wholesale clients should refer to their specific contract terms for bolt requirements.

How long does shipping take for international orders?

We ship globally from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Standard delivery within Europe takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Can I request fabric samples before placing a large order?

Yes, we offer sample swatches for most of our collections to help you verify the color, weight, and texture of the textile before committing to a larger purchase.

Are your textiles OEKO-TEX® certified?

Many of our products, especially our basic cotton and jersey collections, are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, ensuring they are free from harmful substances and safe for skin contact.

What is your return policy for cut-to-measure fabrics?

Please note that fabrics cut to your specific length specifications are considered personalized goods and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
